If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am very disappointed in their customer service. Unfortunately, life happened and I found myself in an unfortunate financial situation in which I have to prioritize another investment. I called the company hoping to either postpone or cancel this installation and I was told regardless of anything, that I owed the entire balance of the window, whether or not its installed. I will not be using them in the future.
