If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am very disappointed in their customer service. Unfortunately, life happened and I found myself in an unfortunate financial situation in which I have to prioritize another investment. I called the company hoping to either postpone or cancel this installation and I was told regardless of anything, that I owed the entire balance of the window, whether or not its installed. I will not be using them in the future.

First of all, I would like to say that everyone that we've dealt with was kind and courteous and that's why we gave them 2 stars. It's the workmanship that leaves a lot to be desired . We purchased 4 windows at $4900, and being leary of the high price we decided to go ahead with the deal because of the lifetime warranty on the windows.
