We selected North Creek Roofing to do some fairly extensive repairs to our 16 year old roof. Their evaluation was very thorough, and the repairs were performed professionally and as promised. The repairs perfectly match the existing roof, and we are so glad that we had the roof evaluated before any leakage damage occurred.
House inspection showed a damaged roof cap asphalt tile [puncture from branch]. Roof pattern no longer available. Estimator [Chris] from North Creek confirmed the issue, put in a temporary fix, then a week later the crew came out and exchanged roof cap from an inconspicuous place to fix the defect. Looks great!
I have a 15 year old comp roof. It is still in good shape but we did have a leak recently. North Creek roofing (who is not the original installer), came out and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. The following week their technician came, removed the necessary shingles and immediately found the leak. They then did the appropriate repair and used matching shingles. They were done in less than 3 hours. I could not be happier with their service.
