About Us

Richard Prunier started the company in 1980 with aspirations to help homeowners lower their heating costs. Fast forward to the present – Northeast Home & Energy has evolved to become your one-stop shop for all roofing, windows, siding, and insulation needs. Although we have grown to encompass more product lines into our business, our passion for making New England homes safer, more comfortable, and more energy-efficient still remains our top priority.

Northeast Home and Energy came in to do attic insulation based on MassSave recommendations. Not only did they great job of the insulation but also got rid of what was done previously all for reasonable costs. I felt a little bad for the team since it was during the heat wave when they did the work but they were able to get it done. I would highly recommend and would use their services again if need to.

We used Northeast through the Mass Save program so the work was laid out for the crew before they had even arrived. The crew was professional and despite the snow that had fallen the night before did their best to keep the mess to a minimum. During the work an unexpected issue came up. It was explained to us, what would be needed to continue, and what the extra costs would be.
