NWQR has done two smaller jobs for us now. Everything from the initial inspection and the estimate, to scheduling, to the job and clean-up and finally to invoicing is excellent. Communication is amazing. The crews are fantastic and very safety focused which we appreciated. I felt the prices were great and no upselling stuff we did not need. This is a very high quality company. Thank you for the great work and service.

Above and beyond service, zero-pressure approach, immediately responsive to our questions and our logistics/timing pivots, certifiably high quality product, spent significant time to communicate with our insurance company (both verbally and in writing) to ensure that every bit of our hail-damaged roof was covered by insurance, full explanations of anything and everything on demand, a true family vibe, and they also beat other local companies on price — significantly — without the need to negotia... Not many companies now days have been worth rating, but this company and the people within it are. They have been amazing. The quality of work, friendliness, communication and integrity has been some of the qualities I have seen. Craig has been great with every need and want with the roof. Any questions I ask Craig, which have been many, were answered in respect and kindness. My attic at one point had ventilation issues prior to the new roof being put on. Craig came out that same day to take a... Read more
