These guys did an incredible job all around, from scheduling while we were traveling abroad to accepting payment nearly a month following completion of the work! The roof looks great, the rep I worked with Tyler was also incredibly friendly and worked with us to get pricing where we needed it to be. There were a few minor things that needed follow up following completion of the roof that they sent guys out for immediately to correct. All around great experience if you're looking for a roof rep...

I am so impressed by this company! Tyler took great care making himself available for numerous inspections and working with my insurance carrier when they first declined my roof replacement after the hailstorm. There was never a surprise during the roof replacement, Leo & his team did excellent work. And Craig came out for the final inspection. Communication was excellent throughout it all and Gretchen & Paula in the office were so responsive & nice! I highly recommend Northwest Quality Roofing!

The entire crew were friendly and responsive to every question I had. The metal crew worked separately & did custom flashings where needed. Finished in 2 days and had a per...
