For this shingle roof replacement, we removed one existing layer of asphalt roofing down to the wood deck and replaced any damaged/rotted wood. Then, we installed CertainTeed Landmark asphalt shingles in the Pewterwood color. We also added in the proper ventilation and new flashings with aluminum or copper (around the chimney) where appropriate.

1510 Brinton Park Drive , Wynnewood, PA, US

We were hired to replace the roof and gutters on this home in Wynnewood, PA. We removed (2) existing layers of roofing down to the wood deck and replaced any damaged/rotted plywood before we installed CertainTeed Landmark PRO asphalt shingles in Colonial Slate. Then we removed the existing gutters and downspouts and replaced them 5" seamless aluminum "K" style gutters, hangers spaced evenly at 30" apart, and then 3" x 4" aluminum downspouts. From color schemes to last-minute details, we make sure to bring your dream vision to life.

We were hired as a roofing contractor to replace a garage roof, flat roof and shingles roof at this Quaker-style retreat and conference center in Wallingford. For the shingles, they chose to have us install CertainTeed Landmark Pro in the lovely weathered wood. While we may be known as a residential roofer, we also support our local businesses with commercial roofing.

This customer in Springfield, PA hired us to replace their roof, gutters and capping. For their roof, we installed CertainTeed Landmark asphalt shingles in the charcoal black color. Then we inspected the fascias for rotted/damaged wood on the existing rake boards and installed new ones. We finished the home improvement project with replacing their gutters with new 6' aluminum "K' style gutters, hangers spaced evenly at 30" apart and aluminum downspouts. With all of our projects, we treat the property like our own and do a thorough clean-up process.
