Overall, great experience with O’Donnell. Some slight mishaps, as with any company, but they rectified things quickly and were professional through it all. Worked well and was very accommodating. Mike Cronin was a pleasure to work with from the begging of our project, to the very end. I was able to contact Mike whenever I needed it, no issues at all. Our project manager, Sung, was amazing. We were very happy with O’Donnell’s team, from the initial inspection and proposal consultation through the full roofing team, which completed our house in one day due to weather. Our project manager Al was very engaged and proactive in answering our questions. Price was fair and felt like we paid for expertise. Highly recommend!
