We had multiple presentations from four companies, but not were as thorough and professional as Jess Yoder with Pfeifer. He set expectations on cost and time and explained the new roofing process to us. Once Pfeifer got the contract, they were right on track with a start date. The roofing team is stellar! I have never done business with them but I saw a couple men who work for them at straight from new york pizza on their lunch break and they seemed to have amazing character. There was a man struggling physically and they immediately asked if he was okay, talked with him a while and said if he needed any help that they were there for him. They held the door for other customers and in general just seemed like good upstanding men. If all their employees are like that then that is definitely the kin... Read more

Pfeiffer did a great job for us. They answer their phone! They are friendly! The staff they sent to our house to troubleshoot were very thorough. The spent the time needed to make sure they knew what was wrong. I had a quote within an hour. It was reasonable. The process to confirm was easy and fast. Our repair was scheduled quickly and the repair was done within a week or so. We would highly recommend them.
