They ultimately did a great job, as far as we can tell. The only issue was inadequate communication between the estimator and the team sent to do the work. But it did get resolved and we have used Pfeifer a number of times and they have been reliable. Previously they fixed a leak that other contractors could not find.

Wonderful company to work with! The team showed up on time and worked quickly even during a heat wave. Took time to protect our property during the tear off process and cleaned everything up wonderfully. Staff was friendly and fun to have around, said it may take 3 days but got it wrapped up in two. We called Pfeifer because of their great reputation, and because they just roofed two houses across the street from us, which both have steep-pitched roofs like ours. Another neighbor, who is a realtor, share the name of someone he highly recommended, but the service level (for just the bid) was nothing like what we got from Pfeifer, and the bid came in almost exactly the same!
