We had Pfeifer replace a 20+ year old roof that was worse than it should have been due to very bad venting of the roof. I had five companies quote the roof replacement and, in the process, learned about methods to improve roof venting. Our house has very low ridge vent area to attic floor area. There are online roof vent calculators that help you understand what is needed. (Owens Corning site has one). We’re glad we could help address the venting issues on your roof and provide a solution that will protect your home for years to come. It means a lot to hear that our approach stood out among the other estimates, and we’re especially happy that Jess and Isaac were able to walk you through the details and answer your questions along the way. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to the crew as well—they take great pride in their work and clean-up! We truly appreciate your trust in Pfeifer Roofing for such a big project and are grateful for the opportunity to serve you.
Pfeifer Roofing was professional and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They completed the job sooner than expected and cleaned up after the job was completed. They answered all my questions in a friendly and thorough manner. Very happy with the work they did. I would definitely recommend them.
Thank you, Charlene, for your wonderful feedback! We're glad to hear that our team provided professional service and addressed all your questions. Your recommendation means a lot to us!

That was not the case this year. It’s been more than a year since it was last done and I had not been contacted so I contacted you. If notifying your past customers is no longer your policy, I’ll put it in my ... Read more
Thank you, Karo, for your feedback and for your kind words regarding the quality of our work and our crew. We sincerely apologize for the scheduling oversight regarding your roof cleaning and treatment. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention and have noted your account to help ensure this does not happen again. Thank you for your understanding and for continuing to choose Pfeifer!
I called to have our roof inspected and I talked with Zeke, who is the most nice and chill guy. He sent Allen out the next day. Allen was awesome. Very professional. Checked roof and luckily all OK. I am so grateful to have found someone who responds nicely and quickly. If I do get a leak I know who I’m calling!
Thank you for the great review! We’re happy to hear Zeke and Alan took good care of you and that everything checked out with your roof. We appreciate your trust and are always here if you need us in the future!
