They are polite and courteous and let you know ahead of time what will happen and what to expect. They don't show up unexpected and are very neat and clean. They spent 3 days on the job and cleaned up at the end of each day. They took great care not damaging any of the plants/gardens around the house or anything else. I am very happy with the roof they put on and would recommend Pfeifer not just for quality of work they do but also their professionalism and responsiveness is top notch.
