To arrive early afternoon to begin work which was to be completed that afternoon. No show and I called the company at 3:00. Advised workers running late and would arrive sometime between 4:00 and 5:00. Indicated to person I spoke with that a phone call advising change of plans would have been appreciated. Workers arrived at 5:15 pm and removed old gutters. They returned the following afternoon to complete job. Job was done well but customer service lacking.

Pfeifer Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. From getting a quote to the actual project, they were on time and professional. The process was a lot quicker than expected and they were exceptionally neat. The bid was slightly higher than expected, but only because we had to have some plywood replaced which was not in the original bid. We have a mid century home with some dated gutters that needed repairing. We went through almost every gutter repair company in town for estimates, and many would not even touch the job. Pfiefer was willing to take it, but was transparent about the work and the barriers going forward. The crew for all the jobs of roofing, flat roof, gutters, at my home worked very hard and concerned for my specification of what I needed done. All of them did an excellent job of making sure none of my plants around the house got damaged. They did a great job of cleaning up after each job finished.
