The estimator was professional and not condescending (like, "You need this, and you need that"). The crew arrived and did the job exactly as advertised - better actually. No damage to the house. No problems. On time. This was a roof cleaning job and a re-routing of an exhaust vent. Wished this group did other types of construction work because we'd hire them in a heartbeat.

The service from Pfeifer Roofing is outstanding. They responded quickly to a roof leak from a poorly installed fireplace stovepipe flashing and were able to diagnose and repair the leak with excellent workmanship. Everyone I had contact with throughout the process were friendly, professional and efficient. I have used Pfeifer for all my roofing needs since retiring in Salem and their quality has been consistently outstanding.

Replacing a roof is never an exciting task but Pfeifer Roofing made it as painless as possible. Their bid was competitive and they accomplished the task in just short of two weeks (job was done during the winter). When they were done they cleaned up everything and left the house and yard just like they found it. I would definitely recommend them if you need to have your roof repaired and/or replaced.
