To arrive early afternoon to begin work which was to be completed that afternoon. No show and I called the company at 3:00.
Advised workers running late and would arrive sometime between 4:00 and 5:00. Indicated to person I spoke with that a phone call advising change of plans would have been appreciated.
Workers arrived at 5:15 pm and removed old gutters.
They returned the following afternoon to complete job. Job was done well but customer service lacking.

Thank you for the business and review!

Any future work that we can utilize Pfeifer in, we won't hesitate to conta... Read more
Thank you Setha for the business and review!
This is the second time I have used Pfeifer Roofing. First was through work, this time was for my home. Each time they have been affordable and have done a quality job in minimal time. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
