They responded quickly to a roof leak from a poorly installed fireplace stovepipe flashing and were able to diagnose and repair the leak with excellent workmanship. Everyone I had contact with throughout the process were friendly, professional and efficient. Replacing a roof is never an exciting task but Pfeifer Roofing made it as painless as possible. Their bid was competitive and they accomplished the task in just short of two weeks (job was done during the winter). When they were done they cleaned up everything and left the house and yard just like they found it. I would definitely recommend them if you need to have your roof repaired and/or replaced.

Our roof looks great and they did a good job. Our only complaint is that when we signed the contract, we were told that we would be given at least a weekend's notice before they were to start work. However, because they were ahead of schedule on their other jobs, we were given less than 24 hours before they showed up. We felt a little rushed to prepare our property for them the next day.

I am very pleased with my new flat roofs that Pfeifer Roofing installed on my 1892 historic Victorian home! It was a complex job with many issues and details that the expert crews took care to address, including interior drains, and gutters and downspouts. Everyone seemed to really care what happened to the Grand old house, and Felipe did an excellent job addressing all the small, but important details! I highly recommend this company!
