Excellent work. Katrina Jackson did a very good job keeping me up to that and answering all my questions to my satisfaction regarding the project. When I asked for before and after pictures she was able to provide those images to me within 48 hrs. Over all good experience.
The overall experience was very good. The crew worked well to together. The work quality was very good. The crew leader and others kept open good lines of communication with me and followed through with items we discussed or issues that arose during the project. There were a couple of minor mishaps during the project but the staff took care of those issues to my satisfaction. Trever explained the project in detail and was always available to answer my many questions. The job was scheduled promptly and the crew was made up of the most polite, efficient, experienced and hard working men who worked diligently, kept the job site clean and were always cheerful and friendly. I was concerned whether they would be able to duplicate the roof on this historic house, bending the cedar shingles on the rolled gables and turret, which they accomplished to perfection! Thank you!
