Pinnacle Roofing and Skylights replaced this 1st generation Velux with a brand new Velux fixed skylight with solar-powered blinds to bring light into this homeowners entryway.


We install VELUX skylights that offer an industry-first, comprehensive “No Leak” warranty that covers the skylight and its installation against leaks for 10 years. Lastly, these skylights have a 40% to 60% improved energy efficiency (advanced Low-E3 coating) that provides more daylight and better heat control than any other glass previously offered.


The manually opening Venting Skylight (VS) offers the comfort and energy savings of free daylight and natural ventilation. The included factory-installed solar-powered shades provide total light control and boosts energy performance by another 40%.

Pinnacle Roofing and Skylights helped this homeowner with an insurance claim for wind damage to their roof. We were able to get the entire roof covered under the homeowner policy so that mean the homeowner was only responsible for their deductible.


We replaced the steep-slope roof with CertainTeed Landmark PRO asphalt shingles and the low-slope/flat roofs with SA rolled asphalt.

Pinnacle Roofing and Skylights replaced two 25 year old skylights for us. Everything from the free estimate, scheduling and flexibility in timing of our project was easy. Matt and Scott were very friendly and polite to work with. Had a new roof and gutters installed. Their subcontractors did a great job and cleaned up after all the work. There was some miscommunication regarding additional work that needed to be done and Matt was able to bring some of the crew back to complete the job that was offered.
