Matt and Scott were very friendly and polite to work with. Had a new roof and gutters installed. Their subcontractors did a great job and cleaned up after all the work. There was some miscommunication regarding additional work that needed to be done and Matt was able to bring some of the crew back to complete the job that was offered. Joe did a fantastic job putting together a very informative proposal. The other companies I had quotes from were not even in the same ballpark as far as information and customer service. Pinnacle got the job done quickly with a professional crew. Scott the owner was also very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. They did offer a 10% veteran discount too. I will not hesitate to recommend Pinnacle to anyone I know.
