Matt and Scott were very friendly and polite to work with. Had a new roof and gutters installed. Their subcontractors did a great job and cleaned up after all the work. There was some miscommunication regarding additional work that needed to be done and Matt was able to bring some of the crew back to complete the job that was offered. From start to finish Pinnacle roofing showed nothing but professionalism. Matt was reachable by phone, text, or email at any time to answer any questions. I had them put on a new roof, new gutters, and new skylights. At the end everything looked great. I'm very happy with Pinnacle Roofing

Joe did a fantastic job putting together a very informative proposal. The other companies I had quotes from were not even in the same ballpark as far as information and customer service. Pinnacle got the job done quickly with a professional crew. Scott the owner was also very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. They did offer a 10% veteran discount too. The Pinnacle team was great! Scott was honest about the condition of the wood roof deck, so unlike other roofers whole tried to sell me all new plywood, Pinnacle was able to make spot repairs to broken or cracked wood. This saved me a lot of money. The team was professional and proficient and completed my roof replacement in one day.
