When it rained I could hear water hitting the ceiling in my second bathroom. After several weeks I noticed mold developing. The only hole in the roof at that point was the vent pipe. I called Pinnacle after talking with my neighbor who just had his roof done by Pinnacle. The first day they couldn't get to me, but Matt DeRose was able to stop in the next day and installed new seals on the vent pipes. He was very professional and quick.
