Pinnacle Roofing replaced this roof with Tamko Heritage architectural shingles which are good value option for new construction or replacement roofs. To prevent leaks we installed WinterGuard® waterproofing shingle underlayment around all the skylights. WinterGuard is a composite material of asphalt polymers, formed into a rolled sheet. The asphalt makes it vapor-tight, and the polymers make the asphalt elastic and sticky. This protective barrier is able to stretch and seal around nails driven through it.

Scott was very attentive to my roof replacement job, and has consistently answered my phone calls years after the job. Most recently, I was worried about the snow and ice buildup from RI's record setting blizzard, and his team was out there the next day to shovel snow off my roof. Fantastic service!

Scott took an extra amount of time helping me pick out my roof. I am a very undecided buyer and he was very understanding and helpful sending me pictures of all the products that he had used on his roofs. His price was competitive and even less for the same job.
