This older house needed a major update to the roof system. The house had spaced sheathing boards with 1-2" gaps which does not meet today's building code requirements. After stripping the roof, we installed new plywood decking over the entire house and then installed the CertainTeed Integrity Roof System. We installed the Landmark asphalt shingles in the Pewterwood color.
