Pinnacle Roofing replaced this old roof with the CertainTeed Integrity Roof System with Landmark shingles in the classic Colonial Slate color. CertainTeed's Colonial Slate is a dark gray asphalt shingle with a rich, dimensional appearance. It is made with a special blend of granules that give it a unique texture and depth of color. The shingles are also treated with SureStart Protection, which provides a 10-year warranty against algae and moss growth.

Pinnacle Roofing replaced this roof with Tamko Heritage architectural shingles which are good value option for new construction or replacement roofs. To prevent leaks we installed WinterGuard® waterproofing shingle underlayment around all the skylights. WinterGuard is a composite material of asphalt polymers, formed into a rolled sheet. The asphalt makes it vapor-tight, and the polymers make the asphalt elastic and sticky. This protective barrier is able to stretch and seal around nails driven through it.
