Pinnacle performed a complete exterior make-over with a new roof, skylights, siding, and windows. When doing a complete exterior renovation we recommend starting with the topdown (roof & skylights) and then windows/doors and then the siding and trim so that any new siding is not potentially damaged by the removal of the old roof.

Pinnacle replaced the old roof with Certain Landmark Pro Charcoal Black shingles. The Landmark Pro architectural shingles improve upon the CertainTeed Landmark shingle, a leading consumer publication’s “Best Buy” for the past five years. The Pro adds more weathering asphalt to the industry’s toughest fiberglass mat to provide more protection and weighs 250 lbs/square. Additionally, we installed two new Velux Manual “Fresh Air” Skylights. These manually opening Venting Skylight (VS) offers the comfort and energy savings of free daylight and natural ventilation. The pre-installed Insect Screen adds the benefit of keeping mosquitoes and flies out in summer.
Siding
Pinnacle removed the old siding and install new Eastern White Cedar shingles. The magic of Eastern White Cedar shingles is their beautiful flat grain and ability to absorb stain for a truly elegant look. This product is exceptional for sidewalls, gables and any other architectural accent, and is often chosen by architects and high-end home builders.
Eastern White Cedar is prized for its aromatic properties, natural resistance to decay, and lightweight nature, making it ideal for siding and paneling applications.
