Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) is a high-density, synthetic rubber that provides long-term (40+ years) durability and weatherability. It offers quick and easy installation, and its elasticity is ideal for freeze/thaw conditions and hail-prone areas.
A Gaco Elastomeric Silicone Roof (GESF) is ideal for a flat (or sloped) roof. It offers a long-lasting waterproof membrane that protects against permanent ponding water, UV rays and extreme temperatures. GESF also sets quickly; it can be rained on after 2 hours of application and will not wash off. It even offers a 20-year warranty.
