Pinnacle Roofing replaced this old roof with the CertainTeed Integrity Roof with Landmark Pro shingles in the Georgetown Gray color.


The Georgetown Gray shingle color is a beautiful blend of mid-tone grays with hints of blue and green undertones. The Landmark Pro Max Def version of Georgetown Gray has a more pronounced and bold appearance with a greater range of shades and tones. It features a unique blend of mid-tone grays, blue, and green undertones, which gives it a striking, multidimensional look. The Max Def technology adds a richer and more vibrant color to the shingle, making it stand out and giving it a more three-dimensional appearance. 


Additionally, Pinnacle Roofing replaced two old skylights with Velux Fixed Deck Mounted "No Leak" Skylight with Solar Blinds and a Programmable Remote Control. These solar-powered, double-pleated blackout blinds can boost energy performance up to 40%. Additionally, they can be remotely controlled for seasonal energy efficiency, including closing blinds at long winter nights to maximize energy efficiency and reduce heating costs. During the summer, the blinds can be closed during the peak daytime to provide shade and reduce heat.
