Pinnacle performed a complete exterior renovation by removing the old siding and installation James Hardie Lap Plank in siding in the Mountain Sage color. To complement the siding, Pinnacle replaced the roof with the Landmark PRO in the Pewterwood dark gray color.

Pinnacle Roofing & Siding was invited to install all the wood cedar shingles on this commercial renovation. We installed Eastern White Cedar (EWC) – (thuja occidentalis) shingles. These were rebutted and rejointed (R&R) shingles which are machine re-trimmed for parallel edges with smooth end butts sawn at right angles. This cut is the choice for those who desire a uniform appearance, generally in sidewall applications. We followed best practice by utilizing Stainless Steel (versus galvanized) siding nails to resist salt air corrosion.
Underneath we install HydroGap drainable housewrap system. This goes beyond traditional weather resistant barriers (WRB) a this product offers premium WRB characteristics and incorporates a true drainage gap for ensuring bulk water leaves the building envelope swiftly and efficiently.
