SEAL - Powerful two-part protection helps keep moisture away from the roof deck

Helps Create a Water-Proof Barrier - Block water resulting from ice damming, wind-driven rains and normal water flow. A properly sealed roof helps prevent rot and mold.

• We completely stripped the roof and then installed Owens Corning WeatherLock® ice and water shield on 6' eaves, 3' valleys, pitch changes and entire 3/12 low-slopes to prevent water leaks and ice dams.
• Then, we covered the rest of roof with Owens Corning ProArmor® synthetic underlayment (verses felt paper) which is designed to be a water-resistant layer beneath asphalt roofing shingles.

DEFEND - Three kinds of shingles work together for specialized protection on each part of the roof.

Helps Protect Against Nature's Elements by adding a tough, yet beautiful layer of defense with strong adhesion that resists blow offs and helps shed water away from the roof deck. Helps protect the most vulnerable areas such as eaves and peaks.

• First we installed Starter Shingles on bottom eave and with Storm Proofing upgrade on rake edges to prevent shingle blow offs.
• Next we installed Owens Corning Duration® shingles with six nails per shingle. The TruDefinition® Color Platform has specially formulated to capture the bright, vibrant hues and dramatic shades that showcase the aesthetic appeal of your home. Additionally, OC's SureNail® Technology - unique fabric strip in the nailing area for strength and durability.
• Lastly we installed color matched Owens Corning® Hip & Ridge Shingles. the Owens Corning® Hip & Ridge shingles are uniquely color matched to the Duration® Designer Colors Collection Shingles.

BREATHE - Proper ventilation helps create a balanced flow where warm, humid air is continuously replaced by cool dry air.

Optimize Airflow in your Attic by Reducings heat and moisture buildup that can lead to ice damming, roof deterioration, and mold infestation. This helps air flow through the attic to manage temperature and moisture.

• We installed a rigid sectional ridge vent with baffles which create low air pressure above the vent and helps pull air out of the attic.
