Pinnacle Roofing replaced this old roof and skylights.


We replaced the old roof with the CertainTeed Integrity roof system. We installed the Landmark asphalt shingle in the Charcoal Black color.


We installed the Velux Fixed Deck Mounted "No Leak" Skylight with Solar Powered Blinds. These solar-powered, double-pleated blackout blinds can boost energy performance up to 40%. Additionally, they can be remotely controlled for seasonal energy efficiency, including closing blinds at long winter nights to maximize energy efficiency and reduce heating costs. During the summer, the blinds can be closed during the peak daytime to provide shade and reduce heat.
