Pinnacle Roofing replaced this old roof with Landmark Pro asphalt shingles in the Weathered Wood color to complement the house. We also replaced the old skylight with a Velux manually vented skylight with a solar blind. When stripping off the old roof, we found water damage due to a lack of an ice & water barrier. We brought this roof up to best practices to prevent this damage as part of the Pinnacle Roofing Storm-Proofing installation. This exceeds the building code to make roofs watertight for New England weather.
