For a roof to last the length of the solar panels, we installed the CertainTeed Integrity Roof System with Landmark shingles in the Moire Black color. Landmark architectural shingles that have complex granule color blends and subtle shadow lines produce a distinctive color selection and carry a limited lifetime warranty. Landmark series shingles are composed of a fiberglass mat base and then ceramic-coated mineral granules are tightly embedded in carefully refined, water-resistant asphalt. Two pieces of the shingle are firmly laminated together in a special, tough asphaltic cement.
