We are replacing an old roof in preparation for a new solar panel installation. As part of the roof replacement, we are installing new Velux skylights which are extremely energy efficient. Pinnacle was proud to help this homeowner on a complete exterior renovation including roofing, skylights, siding and seamless gutters. When doing a complete make-over we recommend starting at the top with the new roof & skylights and then replace the siding and gutters to avoid damage to any new products installed.


For the roof we install the the CertainTeed Landmark Premium in the Driftwood color along with three new Velux skylights.


For the siding we installed a combination of CertainTeed Cedar Impressions in Natural Clay and Everlast clapboard in the Sand Dune color on the front of the house as a accent to the first floor and garage dormer. The Cedar Impressions are polymer cedar shakes and never need painting. Likewise, the Everlasting is a solid PVC clapboard which is extremely durable and never needs maintenance.


Lastly, we installed seamless gutters to prevents unsightly stains on the exterior of the home and to protect the house foundation and landscaping from costly water damage.
