Pinnacle Roofing is proud to be a SELECT ShingleMaster credentialed roofing contractor. We have the belief that to keep growing, you must keep learning. This is why our install crews and staff at Pinnacle Roofing take classes with CertainTeed so that we are masters in product knowledge and learn the latest and greatest in the installation process. Most of the roof replacements we install only take a single day, and we can offer manufacturer labor and material warranties.

We installed the CertainTeed Integrity Roof System with Landmark Pro shingles in the Georgetown Gray color.


Integrity Roof System is comprised of:

  1. Waterproofing Underlayment - The first step in your defense against the elements. Self-adhering underlayment is installed at vulnerable areas of your roof to help prevent leaks from wind-driven rain and ice dams
  2. Water-Resistant Underlayment - provides a protective layer over the roof deck and acts as a secondary barrier against leaks.
  3. Starter Shingles - first course of shingles that are installed and designed to work in tandem with the roof shingles above for optimal shingle sealing and performance.
  4. Shingles - Choose from a variety of Good-Better-Best styles to complement any roof design
  5. Ventilation - allows air to flow on the underside of your roof deck, keeping the attic cooler in the summer and drier in the winter.
  6. Hip & Ridge Cap Shingles - used on the roof’s hip and ridge lines for a distinctive finishing touch on your new roof.


CertainTeed Landmark® Pro

We installed the Landmark Pro architectural shingles improve upon the CertainTeed Landmark shingle, a leading consumer publication’s “Best Buy” for the past five years. The Pro adds more weathering asphalt to the industry’s toughest fiberglass mat to provide more protection and weighs 250 lbs/square.

Pinnacle Roofing assisted in this house renovation. We removed the old roof and skylights and installed new plywood while the interior was renovated with new ceilings. Then Pinnacle Roofing installed WinterGuard® on the entire roof as a waterproofing shingle underlayment to prevent water infiltration beneath the shingles in cases of severe storms.


WinterGuard® waterproofing shingle underlayment is the solution for winning the battle against water penetration in your roof's most vulnerable places. WinterGuard is a composite material of asphalt polymers, formed into a rolled sheet. The asphalt makes it vapor-tight, and the polymers make the asphalt elastic and sticky. This protective barrier is able to stretch and seal around nails driven through it. 


WinterGuard is one of the key components in the CertainTeed Integrity Roof System® which is comprised of underlayments, shingles, accessory products and ventilation all working together. The Integrity Roof System is designed to provide optimum performance--no matter the weather conditions.


Lastly, we installed the Landmark Pro architectural shingles which add more weathering asphalt to the industry’s toughest fiberglass mat to provide more protection and weighs 250 lbs/square.
