We replaced an old roof that was damaged by high winds. We were able to with with he homeowner's insurance company to completely replace the old roof and install new Landmark Pro Pewterwood shingles on this historic home (referred locally as one of the three sisters). Because of the age and poor condition of the old roof deck, we installed new plywood decking to serve as a solid substrate for the new roof.
Due to the location right on the water and exposed to high winds, it was critical we installed the CertainTeed Integrity Roof System which is a comprehensive roofing solution designed to provide maximum protection, durability, and performance. It consists of several components that work together to create a robust and reliable roofing system. The key elements of the CertainTeed Integrity Roof System include:
