Landmark PRO designer shingles
We installed the CertainTeed Integrity Roof System with Landmark Pro shingles in the Colonial Slate color. The Landmark Pro architectural shingles improve upon the CertainTeed Landmark shingle, a leading consumer publication’s “Best Buy” for the past five years. The Pro adds more weathering asphalt to the industry’s toughest fiberglass mat to provide more protection and weighs 250 lbs/square. Also, this shingle carries a 50-year limited transferable warranty against manufacturing defects on group-owned or commercial applications.
Velux Skylights
We replaced the old skylights with Velux Manual "Fresh Air" Skylights. These skylights that offer an industry-first, comprehensive “No Leak” warranty that covers the skylight and its installation against leaks for 10 years. Additionally, these skylights have improved energy efficiency (advanced Low-E3 coating) that provides more daylight and better heat control than any other glass previously offered.
