This is a very old roof that has been repaired multiple times. The property owner was in the process of replacing the roof, but emergency repairs required Pinnacle Roofing to utilize a silicone roof coating to repair areas that all other materials failed.

Joe did a fantastic job putting together a very informative proposal. The other companies I had quotes from were not even in the same ballpark as far as information and customer service. Pinnacle got the job done quickly with a professional crew. Scott the owner was also very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. They did offer a 10% veteran discount too.
