Pinnacle Roofing & Skylights upgraded the previous skylights to Velux Solar-Powered Venting Skylights which offers the comfort and energy savings of free Daylight and Fresh Air.
These skylights use the sun to charge the internal battery so they can be opened and closed with a touch of a button. The remote control allows for seasonal energy efficiency to open skylight to provide fresh air and reduce heat. Additionally, they have a built-in rain sensor so that if it rains they will automatically close.
These skylights also have the optional Velux Active Sensor Based Remote Control. This allows smart sensor-based operation of the VELUX skylights. Whether you’re at home or away, VELUX ACTIVE monitors and controls the home’s indoor climate.
