When we removed the old shingles from the roof we had a surprise underneath. The roof was poorly ventilated, causing excess condensation and moisture to delaminate the plywood decking. We replaced the sheets of plywood that were no longer suitable for the new roof. We installed the Landmark shingle in Driftwood as part of the CertainTeed Integrity Roof System.
Landmark architectural shingles that have complex granule color blends and subtle shadow lines produce a distinctive color selection and carry a limited lifetime warranty. Landmark series shingles are composed of a fiberglass mat base and then ceramic- coated mineral granules are tightly embedded in carefully refined, water-resistant asphalt. Two pieces of the shingle are firmly laminated together in a special, tough asphaltic cement.

Pinnacle Roofing and Skylights replaced two 25 year old skylights for us. Everything from the free estimate, scheduling and flexibility in timing of our project was easy.
