Pinnacle Roofing replaced this aging roof in the Riverdale Condominium complex. The association chose the Landmark PRO in the Pewterwood color to complement the gray shingle siding.
The Landmark Pro architectural shingles improve upon the CertainTeed Landmark shingle, a leading consumer publication’s “Best Buy” for the past five years. The Pro adds more weathering asphalt to the industry’s toughest fiberglass mat to provide more protection and weighs 250 lbs/square. Also, this shingle carries a 50-year limited transferable warranty against manufacturing defects on group-owned or commercial applications.
The old skylights were updated to Velux fixed skylights. These are an economical choice to visually expand areas in the home with natural daylight and sky views and have a clean exterior profile that provides natural light without obstructing roofline. Added benefits include:

Dual pane glass with Argon gas
