This was not your typical roof replacement. This house was over 100 years old and needed new wood decking before the roof installation. Pinnacle Roofing stripped the roof of all the old shingles and then installed new plywood to create a solid surface to meet manufacturer and building code requirements.
After the plywood installation, Pinnacle Roofing installed the CertainTeed Integrity Roof System with Landmark shingles in the classic Pewterwood gray color.
Lastly, Pinnacle Roofing repointed the chimney by removing the crumbling mortar, cleaning out joints with a grinder, and then filling the joints with new mortar.
