Pinnacle Roofing replaced an old roof with multiple materials to address the unique characteristics of this roof. We installed CertainTeed Landmark asphalt shingle for the steep-pitched roof and Flintlastic self-adhering SBS modified bitumen roofing system for the low-slope roof section.

The Flintlastic Self-Adhered Modified Bitumen (SA Mod-Bit) roof system delivers the reliable protection of traditional modified bitumen roofing. The advantage for homeowners is availability in ten colors designed and engineered to match the most popular shingle color blends.
