The condo association was seeking a historic shingle for this roof replacement in Newport, RI. Pinnacle Roofing suggested several designer shingles. The homeowner ultimately chose CertainTeed Carriage House asphalt shingles.

To replace this roof, we had to partner with an asbestos abatement company to remove the old asbestos tiles. Each day as they took sections off, Pinnacle installed waterproofing materials to serve as an underlayment for the new roofing.

Pinnacle was responsible for a complete exterior home renovation including roofing, siding, seamless gutters, and skylights in South Kingstown, RI.
We started by replacing the old roof i with CertainTeed Northgate Driftwood shingles. Additionally, we are replacing old skylights with new Velux skylights with solar-powered blinds. These skylights qualify for a federal tax credit.
Next we removed the old vertical siding and replaced it with Cedar Impressions vinyl siding. Lastly, we installed seamless gutters.
As a certified roof installer, we can extend the standard material warranty to a 50-year, 100% labor and material warranty backed by CertainTeed.

Joe did a fantastic job putting together a very informative proposal. The other companies I had quotes from were not even in the same ballpark as far as information and customer service. Pinnacle got the job done quickly with a professional crew. Scott the owner was also very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. They did offer a 10% veteran discount too.
