Pinnacle Roofing replaced this old roof with CertainTeed's Landmark shingles in the Charcoal Black color.


Landmark architectural shingles that have complex granule color blends and subtle shadow lines produce a distinctive color selection and carry a limited lifetime warranty.  Landmark series shingles are composed of a fiberglass mat base and then ceramic-coated mineral granules are tightly embedded in carefully refined, water-resistant asphalt. Two pieces of the shingle are firmly laminated together in a special, tough asphaltic cement.

Pinnacle made the project at our condo very easy. Three other contractors looked at the job and presented us with terribly prepared quotes without photos, options for shingle type, or colors.
