We replaced an old leaking roof with the CertainTeed Integrity Roof System with the Landmark PRO shingle in the Pewterwood color.
When installing a roof in the coast, Pinnacle Roofing takes extra steps as part of our Storm-Proofing. First, we installed an ice and water barrier on the entire roof to prevent wind blown rain from infiltrating the house. Then we install starter shingles on both the eaves and the rakes to obtain a higher wind rating and warranty from the manufacturer. Then we only use heavy weight shingles from CertainTeed and install with extra long nails to prevent shingle blow offs.
