Excellent experience, from start to finish. Started with the low-pressure sales. Salesperson spent a lot of time going over the features of their doors, measuring the doorframe, looking for anomalies, and answering our questions. Good experience.
Charged us to provide an estimate. We booked the job that day, and gave them the required deposit to schedule the roof repair. THEY then canceled the job after the deposit and estimate fee check was cashed, stating the job was not one they would warranty. Okay fine, but they refused to refund the estimate fee. That’s a very poor business practice. We will never contact them again.
