I overpaid (like twice as much) to have a roof replaced, and they did a great job. But now one or more of the top shingles came off and they're saying they don't work in my area anymore despite that the roof is under warranty. This is a serious problem because it's leaking water in the house and I can't have water damage. On top of that they have no record of my install.
