I called to set up an estimate. I gave all my information and explained exactly what I was looking for. We set up the estimate date. I got a call the day before confirming the appointment. I received another call at the end of the same day cancelling the estimate saying that I was out of there area (and expertise level) for the job I was requesting an estimate for. Neighbor used this company for her roof and gutters and the workers left behind absolute messes. No magnet used to detect left behind metal from huge projects. I also caught them throwing scrap and old pieces of soffit and spray paint cans into our yard, allowed themselves in our fence to attempt to pick it up.
