Fred was beyond helpful and personable. He got the job done quickly and went above and beyond. Superstar technician. I would give him 10 stars if I could. We had an alarm system added and a side panel window was broken. I thought I had called every window co. In Western Pa. Fitzpatrick is the only one willing to repair the panel, not just sell me a door 🚪 and two panels when I just need one panel repaired.
