The employees that met with us on our initial visit were very detailed and forthright. The scheduling was on spot and they helped us get credit for several discounts, A normal shower install was one day but we also decided to replace a bathroom window. The crew removed the old window and tub enclosure in the morning and the window was installed immediately after the tub and enclosure was removed. This company has some of the worst business practice I have ever seen. Not only do they over charge, they also record unsuspecting customers with a tablet while the employee sits in the car. Very predatory and I foresee legal issues in the future.
