Pond replaced our roof when we purchased our home in 2009. Then last year we had a diverter and gutter extenders installed. Most recently we had an additional gutter installed to help redirect water away from the house, related to the design of our roof. Pond Roofing did a great job on our roof replacement. Kyle started the process by stopping by and inspecting our old roof and assessing what needed to be done. He walked us through different roofing options and the steps required to complete the job. He then forwarded a proposal immediately . He even followed up and gave us a location to look at our proposed shingle color before we moved forward. (We wanted to see it on a larger scale than on the sample chart).

Pond was very professional and through throughout the process. Crews arrived on time, did the work that was promised, and kept the areas around my house clean and free of debris throughout. Pond was also very responsive when I had a couple of questions about the work, coming out the next day to make sure it was completed properly and to verify/explain the attic insulation changes I would need to make to accommodate the newly installed roof's ventilation system.
