Pond was very professional and through throughout the process. Crews arrived on time, did the work that was promised, and kept the areas around my house clean and free of debris throughout. Pond was also very responsive when I had a couple of questions about the work, coming out the next day to make sure it was completed properly and to verify/explain the attic insulation changes I would need to make to accommodate the newly installed roof's ventilation system.
