We’ve been Pond customers for over ten years at the recommendation of my father, who knew the original owner. Pond replaced our gutters maybe 15 years ago, repaired our old roof twice, and replaced our roof in 2016; this time around, we had 16 windows replaced in 2020. All work has always been first-rate and professional. Meticulous work. Truly master roofers at work. Best clean up I’ve ever had from a roof job. Absolutely recommended, even if you have to wait. They are the best in Northern Virginia.
Great experience from initial contact through completion of the repair and follow-up after. The company was reassuringly honest, informing us that our roof was fine with repairs at this point, and getting a replacement later when really needed. Certainly plan on working with them again in the future.
Pond Roofing did a great job on our gutters. They were on time and completed in one day. There was some confusion about the scope of work and when contacted it was corrected immediately. But most impressively, I discovered a leak a few days after the installation that I could not tell if it was related to their work.
